Everything you might need for you holiday is here, we enjoyed food and staff. Pool was included. The place was lovely.

Polite staff and a sensational breakfast. Location was favourable. Take a look at Germasogeia neighbourhood, it's worth it. Great tourist spots like Londa Spa were close to this hotel: )

The Location of the hotel is nice, right by the sea and near the city center. Breakfast was nice, the staff were friendly.
The room furniture and carpeting is old, the TV was not working properly.

The general comfort of this hotel
it's not a 5*... It's very noisy if you are on the mountain room on the street side, there is a lot of cars all the night. And you can hear the peopole in the other rooms...

They serve a very good breakfast and have a nice garden.
The hotel looks old fashioned, it's like back to the early 90's, But for Cypriot standards it's a nice and good holiday hotel.

Food is enough good.
Too tired hotel. No investment in refreshing at all (since late 70s or early 80s). Windows do not close properly. "Town/mountain view" rooms are too noisy for this reason. Beach is not very nice.

The main and only attractive feature is the garden with the pool and the seaview.
We were not all inclusive so wanted to have lunch/snacks by the pool, which is not possible.The common areas (reception, dining room) and the actual room were very average for a 5 star hotel.

The best thing that the hotel has access to beach so standing at the beach hearing music was the best thing I do in morning. Plus the hotel has extremely good location .. very conveniant
It is old and need renovation and staff especialy at the breakfast area need more traing

The hotel is located in a Oasis of Green, immediate access too the Motorways going to Larnaca/Paphos. The breakfast has a wide range of specialtities.
Room furniture has became too old for a modern 5 stars. It has been in contradiction of general opinion about the hotel. Besides, I have the bad luck to be located near the Elevator machine, I could hear it all the time. Mnagement should think changing the destination of that specific room.
